Erskineville is known for its strong local character, leafy streets and close-knit community. The renewal of the former Ashmore Industrial Precinct at 155 Mitchell Road will create a new mixed-use neighbourhood designed to complement the surrounding area and contribute to its future.

The $2 billion project will deliver new homes alongside public open space, retail, dining and wellbeing offerings. Plans also include a new public park, a 20-metre-wide pedestrian and cycle connection, vehicle-free areas and public art.
